- Where is the store located?
- What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
While I do make sure that every product is packaged properly before shipment, there are certain circumstances that are out of my control that might result to lost or damaged products. Please contact me immediately with photos of the damage if this happens to your order, and if the fault is on my end, I can offer a refund on the payment or replace the damaged product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Why is tracking not included in Standard Shipping?
I’ve included the option of a cheaper shipping cost which does not include email tracking.
You can stay updated with online tracking and email notifications along the way with the Includes Tracking option. You’ll get an email when your item is posted, when it arrives in the destination country and when it’s delivered. Please note that the service I use (Australia Post) does not offer tracking numbers for certain countries. Contact me before your purchase for more information.
- Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, I ship orders internationally.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, orders within Australia take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders may take 5-7 business days.
Of course, be wary of any circumstances that might arise with the postal service that is no longer in my control.
- How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, you have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. If you don’t have a PayPal account, I recommend using PayPal guest payment, where you can pay via a credit card.
